Unser Team unterstützt die Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe dabei, ihr Kreditgeschäft ganzheitlich weiterzuentwickeln und zukunftsorientiert auszurichten – von der Strategie über die Umsetzung und Optimierung bis hin zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung bankfachlicher Prozesse. In deiner Position übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für Beratungsprojekte im Aktivgeschäft mit Schwerpunkt auf die Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe Du analysierst und optimierst das Kreditgeschäft end-to-end – inklusive Digitalisierung und Automatisierung Du führst und coachst Projektteams und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte Zudem baust du unser OSPlus-Kreditteam aus und entwickelst juniorige Berater*innen im Themenfeld Aktivgeschäft weiter und unterstützt sie in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung Darüber…
