Durchführung von Freigabeuntersuchungen und Konservierungsmittelbelastungstests nach Arzneibuch- und ISO-Methoden unter GMP Erstellen von Bakteriensuspensionen und Wachstumskurven mittels photometrischer Bestimmung Ermittlung von Gesamtkeimzahlen im kulturellen Verfahren (Plattenguss, Filtration, Oberflächenverfahren) Untersuchung von Proben auf spezifische Keime Auswertung und Auszählung der kulturellen Platten Vor- und Nachbereitung zur Sicherstellung der hygienischen Anforderungen der Arbeitsplätze Rohdatenkontrolle und Übernahme von Geräteverantwortlichkeiten Erstellung GMP-konformer Dokumente (z.B.
