On-Site (5 days) Job Summary ： The Senior Corporate Counsel (based in Munich or Berlin or Oberhausen areas) will be reporting directly to the General Counsel EMEA & ANZ and will be an integral part of the Trane Technologies EMEA & ANZ legal department. What you will do: Provide legal support and expertise in several areas, including German and International contract law, German commercial law, German corporate law, and German construction law. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents in German and English (such as supply contracts, sales contracts, distribution agreements, OEM agreements, General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchases, confidentiality agreements, etc.).…
