We're growing our Procurement team and are looking for a Direct Buyer to join us full-time (40 hours/week ) in Berlin, hybrid minimum 3 days per week ( Tues-Thurs) at our HQ. As Direct Buyer, you'll sit at the heart of one of the fastest-moving parts of our business, sourcing the devices that power Grover's subscription catalogue across Europe. You'll report to our Head of Procurement and work closely with Category Management. We're scaling into a full procurement function, so you'll get real ownership and visible impact from day one: hands-on experience across new and B-stock sourcing, OEM relationships and supplier negotiations.
