Mit Ihrer Promotionsarbeit bringen Sie Leben in die Technik, indem Sie automatisierte Isolations-, Anreicherungs- und Bibliothekspräparationstechniken aus unterschiedlichen klinischen Proben entwickeln, die für Next-Generation-Sequencing-(NGS)-Analysen im Bereich der Präzisionsmedizin relevant sind. Sie analysieren den aktuellen Stand der Technik für Isolations-, Anreicherungs- und Bibliothekspräparationstechniken und identifizieren bevorzugte Methoden, die geeignet sind, vielfältige biologische Proben abzudecken. Darauf aufbauend konzipieren und realisieren Sie eigenständig ein innovatives System zur automatisierten Probenaufbereitung mit den ausgewählten Technologien in einer mikrofluidischen Umgebung.…
