Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Disposition bist Du für die Aufbereitung von Daten für die Probenahme- bzw. Routenplanung zuständig. Dabei stehst Du in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und Probenehmer:innen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems arbeitest Du nach den vorgegebenen Richtlinien, um eine hohe Qualität der Probenahme zu gewährleisten. Dir obliegt auch die vorausschauende Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung. Du erkennst Verbesserungspotentiale sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch und setzt Maßnahmen um, um die Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Schlussendlich bist Du der Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle Routen und Termine des Probenahme-Teams.…
