Als Property Coordinator (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Property Operations Management für alle deutschen Standorte im Tagesgeschäft, entwickelst unsere Prozesse weiter und stellst reibungslose Abläufe sicher – von Rechnungs- und Budgetthemen über Dienstleistersteuerung bis zur Pflege von Objekt- und Stammdaten. Du arbeitest eng mit Accounting/Finance, Controlling, Design & Construction, Site-Teams sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern zusammen. Deine Aufgaben Prozess- & Qualitätsverbesserung Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in administrativen Abläufen (z. B. Rechnungs- und Bestellprozesse, Datenqualität, Reporting), Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards und Dokumentationen.…
