Position Summary The Business Intelligence & Strategic Analytics Lead is responsible for defining and executing Hilo's Business Intelligence strategy, enabling data-informed decision making across the organisation. Acting as a strategic partner to Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical and Leadership teams, this role translates complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights.
