MILEY ist unser kundenseitiger Chatbot, und du wirst eine zentrale Rolle dabei spielen, ihn jeden Tag besser zu machen. Du analysierst echte Kundengespräche, findest heraus, wo der Bot Nutzer:innen nicht weiterhilft, und setzt konkrete Verbesserungen an Inhalten, Antworten und Abläufen um. Das ist eine Einstiegsposition - du wächst Schritt für Schritt in die Themen rund um Conversational AI, Automatisierung und Customer Care hinein und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen. Deine Verantwortung Du unterstützt bei Konzeption, Umsetzung und Dokumentation unseres Chatbots und hilfst, interne Prozesse und das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern.…
