Als Architekt:in mit Schwerpunkt Angebotsplanung und Machbarkeitsstudien bist du Teil unseres interdisziplinären Planungsteams bei GROPYUS und arbeitest an den frühesten Phasen unserer Projekte – von der ersten Idee bis zur Angebotsreife. Du entwickelst architektonisch sowie städtebaulich überzeugende und technisch durchdachte Konzepte für mehrgeschossige Wohngebäude im GROPYUS Holzbausystem und legst damit den Grundstein für unsere Akquise und Projektentwicklung. Du bringst eine hohe Entwurfskompetenz, ein gutes Verständnis für serielle und nachhaltige Bauweisen sowie Freude am innovativen, digitalen Arbeiten mit. Dabei präsentierst du deine Entwürfe auch selbstbewusst und überzeugend vor internen wie externen Stakeholdern.…
