Shape the future of automotive connectivity - Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTNs) are set to become a cornerstone of the upcoming 6G mobile communication standard. By extending the reach of terrestrial networks, they enable ubiquitous and resilient communication and will play a key role in next-generation vehicle communication units, ensuring seamless and robust connectivity for the automotive future. As a PhD candidate with us, you will conduct intensive research on future satellite-to-vehicle communication solutions based on innovative 6G networks. You will develop and implement advanced algorithms for handover mechanisms between terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks in order to ensure continuous and reliable connectivity for vehicles.
