Als Teamlead Lehrkräftemanagement (m/w/d) stellst du sicher, dass unsere Teilnehmenden jeden Tag exzellenten Unterricht erleben – interaktiv, strukturiert und wirksam. Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit unseren Fachexpert*Innen die Verantwortung für die Qualität unserer Lehre und entwickelst unsere Lehrkräfte kontinuierlich weiter. Deine Aufgaben Durchführung regelmäßiger Hospitationen (Class Visits) bei allen festangestellten Lehrkräften sowie Freelancern sowie anschließende Feedbackgespräche Weiterentwicklung der Lehrkräfte durch 1:1-Coaching und individuelle Entwicklungspläne Analyse des Feedbacks von Kursteilnehmer*Innen und Lehrkräften sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Unterrichts Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Standards für Lehre sowie…
