Let's have a peak at what your main responsibilities will look like: Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system. Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.). Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions. Provide technical support on remote basis. Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.…
