Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe. For our support team, we are looking for a Hotline Agent to assist customers by phone and help ensure a smooth and professional service. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls via the Hotline Supporting customers with the use of lockers (payments, malfunctions, access, etc.) Analysing and resolving technical or operational issues remotely Escalating more complex issues to the right team or person Contributing ideas to improve service and flagging recurring problems Working in a shift system (including evenings, nights, and weekends where applicable)
