Als MEMS Process Development Engineer sind Sie für die Vorentwicklung innovativer Dünnschicht‑Einzelprozesse und Prozessmodule für hochmoderne zukünftige Sensoranwendungen auf 300‑mm‑Wafern verantwortlich: Sie übernehmen die Entwicklung, Anpassung und Implementierung neuartiger Dünnschichtprozesse und ‑technologien (z. B. Verdampfung, CVD, ALD) für MEMS‑Anwendungen in einer 300‑mm‑Umgebung.
