Während deines Praktikums unterstützt du uns tatkräftig bei der Gestaltung der digitalen Transformation im Geschäftsbereich Mobility Electronics mit dem Fokus auf Change Management, Kommunikation und Befähigung. Du wirkst aktiv bei der wegweisenden Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von Change-, Kommunikations- und Befähigungsmaßnahmen für unsere Digitalisierungs- und KI-Initiativen mit. Bei der Beratung zu modernen Befähigungsformaten bringst du dich ein, sammelst Bedarfe aus den verschiedenen Initiativen und hilfst bei der Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen. Eigenständig erstellst du zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsunterlagen wie Präsentationen und unterstützt uns kompetent bei der Stakeholder-Kommunikation.…
