As we’re launching Chase bank in Germany, we’re looking for a Senior Associate, Internal Communications to support our Operations business in Berlin as we scale-up. You’ll be responsible for keeping our customer-facing colleagues and support teams informed and connected so they can deliver outstanding service. The role combines day-to-day channel management and editorial planning with strategic narrative, campaign execution, and leader advisory. As a Senior Associate - Internal Communications, Operations in the Operations team, you will work independently in Germany with partnership from UK colleagues, shaping our communications model in a start-up environment and helping ensure Berlin has a presence on our global banking stage.…
