Deine Rolle Als Teamleitung FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) übernimmst Du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Lebensmittelsicherheit und Qualitätssicherung an unserem Factor_ Produktionsstandort in Verden. Du treibst die operative Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards voran und stellst die Einhaltung der damit verbundenen internen sowie externen Anforderungen sicher. Du fungierst zudem als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Produktions, Intralogistik und Engineering Teams und förderst eine enge, bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. Darüber hinaus leitest Du ein 3-köpfiges Team, entwickelst Strukturen sowie Prozesse weiter und treibst die Etablierung einer proaktiven, präventionsorientierten Qualitätskultur am Standort voran.…
