Zur Unterstützung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir einen HR Coordinator (m/w/d), der unsere täglichen HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles mitgestaltet und unterstützt. Dies ist eine operative People Operations Rolle mit breitem Einblick in HR-Administration, Onboarding, HR-Systeme, Mitarbeitenden-Support sowie Prozesskoordination in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld. Du arbeitest eng mit der Head of HR zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, nach und nach mehr Verantwortung und Ownership zu übernehmen. Wir sind ein Remote-First-Unternehmen. Für diese Rolle ist es jedoch von Vorteil, wenn du in oder nahe München wohnst und bei Bedarf gelegentlich in unser Büro kommen kannst.
