About this job
As our Senior CRM Executive, you will play a key role in delivering and improving CRM campaigns and customer journeys across our channels. You’ll be close to the detail of campaign build, journey optimisation and performance, with the opportunity to grow your ownership over time. You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager, Head of CRM and wider Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to turn agreed customer opportunities and briefs into well-executed campaigns and journeys. You’ll help move us away from legacy campaign cycles by building reliable, increasingly automated lifecycle activity. We are looking for a thoughtful, high-velocity operator who can turn clear direction into accurate live journeys.…
