Das sind deine Aufgaben Du führst unser Tech-Team (aktuell 8 Personen aus Entwicklung, Daten und Infrastruktur) disziplinarisch und fachlich – inklusive 1:1s, Zielvereinbarungen, Weiterentwicklung und Recruiting neuer Teammitglieder.…
