Über die Stelle Als BSO & Digitalisation Lead MARS Hypercare leitest du ein Team zum Rollout und Hypercare des elektronischen Batch Record (eBR) sowie der notwendigen Änderungen der Prozesse in den Businesseinheiten. Du koordinierst Digital-Initiativen für den Standort Frankfurt mit den Units in FBC und verantwortest die Anwenderbetreuung, kontinuierliche Systemverbesserung, korrektes Training sowie die zugehörige Stammdatenpflege (lokal und global). Darüber hinaus unterstützt du strategisch globale Projekte und agierst als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen lokalen und globalen Partnern.
