We are looking for a Product Operations Manager at GLS/NXT to help shape and evolve our OOH parcel locker platform across our international GLS markets and partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support the product team in driving platform development - contributing to roadmap planning, translating stakeholder feedback into actionable product decisions, and keeping internal product operations running smoothly. You will work closely with support teams ensuring complex problems are resolved and recurring themes feed back into the product roadmap. You will also play an active role in sprint planning, reviews, and other team rituals as part of GLS/NXT.
