Responsibilities We’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead to design and scale Odin’s Growth engine. Odin already has strong organic inbound and brand pull. Most of our new business is driven by word of mouth, plus Google or AI search. However, there is no systematic engine driving it. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to change that. The primary responsibility is to create a repeatable, scalable system that brings the right people into our inbound pipeline. This means building the growth loops that turn prospects and existing customers into new revenue, using modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team.…
