We are a small, pre-seed team working together in person from a house overlooking the Rhine in Bonn. We are hiring a Founding Creative Growth Lead to build an unmistakably human social presence and turn great stories into growth. Tasks Own Super44’s social strategy, brand voice and creative output. Find the human stories inside independent businesses and tell them brilliantly. Develop concepts, write, shoot, direct, edit and publish the work yourself. Make merchants, customers and founders compelling on camera. Build authentic UGC and creator formats. Test platforms, formats, hooks and narratives quickly.…
