Aufgaben In unserem zentralen HR-Admin-Team betreust Du die Personalprozesse mehrerer Tochtergesellschaften – von der Stammdatenpflege bis zur vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung: Du übernimmst nach der Einarbeitung eigenständig die Personaladministration Deiner Betreuungsbereiche über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle Du pflegst und verwaltest die Personalstammdaten in unseren HR-Systemen und sorgst für deren Vollständigkeit und Aktualität Du begleitest strukturiert On- und Offboarding-Prozesse und erstellst die zugehörigen Dokumente Du bearbeitest die Zeiterfassung sowie die Urlaubs- und Krankheitsverwaltung Du unterstützt die vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und der Lohnbuchhaltung Du erstellst personalbezogene Auswertungen und…
