As a Business Ops Intern – People & Culture at 4screen, you will support our team across the full employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding and beyond. You'll help optimize P&C processes, support P&C administration and contract creation, and strengthen our company culture through initiatives like team events and employer branding. In addition, you'll support taking care of our office environment, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for collaboration and wellbeing.
