The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to partner with the leadership team of one of Superhuman’s Business Units (BUs) to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across the BU’s most important initiatives. Our BUs are led by an Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing (EPDM) leadership team — with the Product leader as the point of the spear — and this role exists to make that BU and its leadership team successful as we expand our product portfolio in a compound-startup model.
