Our Early Careers Team are looking for a Senior Early Careers Assistant for a 14 month FTC to join the team. Key dates: From November 2026 - January 2028 (14 month FTC) The Early Careers team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end Early Careers journey at Baringa, from attracting and recruiting talented individuals to onboarding and supporting their development. Working in partnership with the business, we deliver impactful and inclusive experiences that enable junior talent to thrive and build successful careers. What you will be doing You will support the end-to-end delivery of our Early Careers programmes, helping to attract, recruit, onboard, and develop talented Interns and Analysts across Baringa’s global offices.…
