Unsere Aufgabe ist es, eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf das Operating Model der Private Bank sicherzustellen – über Kundenservice, Organisationsstruktur, operative Prozesse und technologische Infrastruktur hinweg – und dabei messbaren Mehrwert zu schaffen sowie strategische Transformationen im gesamten Geschäftsbereich zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus verantwortet die Funktion die PB‑Mandate für: a) Governance und Überwachung des Enterprise Process Managements, b) Prozess‑ und Service‑Exzellenz, c) strategische COO‑Initiativen zur Stärkung der operativen Exzellenz.…
