Ihre Aufgaben In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Abwicklung unserer Import- und Exportaufträge und sorgen dafür, dass Transporte reibungslos, korrekt und termingerecht durchgeführt werden. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere: Auftragsannahme und vollständige Auftragsabwicklung inklusive der erforderlichen Dokumentation Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Kundenaufträgen Organisation und Überwachung von Transporten im Bereich Luftfracht und Straßentransport Koordination und Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fluggesellschaften, Partnerspeditionen und Zollbehörden Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Zoll- und Transportdokumenten sowie Lieferscheinen Disposition von Fahrern, Fahrzeugen und Packmitteln Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie…
