You will turn strategy into clear priorities, decisions and measurable execution, while creating the governance and transparency that help our leadership focus on the opportunities with the greatest value for Matrix42. Your key responsibilities would look like this: Own and continuously improve our leadership operating system and governance cadence across ExCo, XLT, leadership forums and strategic offsites.
