Role Responsibilities: What you will do Support the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure and technical office environment. Help manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with the IT team. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoints such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and conference room equipment. Support IT security monitoring and help identify, investigate, and resolve potential security incidents. Provide hands-on IT support to colleagues and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
