Für unser Team „Foresight, Wirkung, Strategie“ suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 eine:n Referent (m/w/div.) im Thema Wirkung - Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation und Lernen in Stuttgart oder Berlin Als Stiftung arbeiten wir unter volatilen, unsicheren, komplexen und teilweise widersprüchlichen Bedingungen. Das setzt ein hohes Maß an Anpassungsfähigkeit voraus, um wirksam, zukunftsfähig und relevant zu bleiben. Unser Team gestaltet und unterstützt Foresight- und Wirkungsprozesse sowie die gesamte Strategiearbeit der Stiftung. Aktuell entwickeln wir unseren Ansatz und unsere Vorgehensweise für die Wirkungsbeobachtung in einem bis Spätsommer 2027 angelegten Projekt weiter.…
