Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, auch im Recruiting, Bewerbermanagement und bei Vorstellungsgesprächen Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von verschiedenen HR-Dokumenten Du pflegst die digitalen Personalstammdaten und hältst diese aktuell in unseren HR-Systemen Du unterstützt bei Ein- und Austrittsprozessen sowie bei weiteren administrativen Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles Du unterstützt bei internen Kommunikationsprozessen sowie bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen Du wirkst bei HR-Projekten mit, z.
