Your role Support the IT setup across our cafés, office, and warehouse, from POS systems and printers to tablets, routers, and Raspberry Pis. Keep our UniFi networks and internet connections running and help troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site. Maintain and provision devices, keep our hardware inventory clean, and support onboarding and offboarding. Document setups, fixes, and processes in Notion so knowledge stays accessible. Support practical GDPR and information security topics, including TOMs, deletion concepts, access management, and security documentation. Report to our CTO and be part of our Tech Team. Your profile You’re currently enrolled at university, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.…
