About the role Join Faculty as a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across our high-growth organisation. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for both individual contributor and leadership positions across Applied AI within the commercial space and across our Central Functions. Beyond filling roles, you will spearhead high-impact projects in employer branding, candidate experience and DE&I.
