This means that every 1KOMMA5 employee in the holding will know their Tech Business Partner by name, and have trust to include them in all technical discussions that improve their productivity. You are accountable for the holdings success. The average day of a (Senior / Staff) IT Operations Specialist The role is divided into 3 key value areas Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees. The goal here is to be familiar with stakeholders for faster, more efficient turnaround. Tickets are not escalated, but are triaged and discussed to improve technical understanding and develop.…
