Starte als Werkstudent (m/w/d) ab 16h/Woche bis 20/h Woche im deutschlandweiten Home Office zum 01.10.2026 durch! Deine Mission Kundenerfahrung: Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Interessierte, die über unsere Angebotsvergleichsportale Kontakt zu Produkten wie bspw. Photovoltaik, Heizungen oder Immobilien aufnehmen (kein Verkauf!). Anrufmanagement: Du kontaktierst unsere Anfragenden telefonisch oder nimmst eingehende Anrufe entgegen. Datenaufnahme: Mithilfe von Leitfäden führst du durch das Gespräch und dokumentierst die Projektdetails, damit sie folgend an die passenden Fachfirmen (z.B. Solarteur-Betriebe) weitergeleitet werden können. CRM- und Toolmanagement: Du nutzt moderne Tools wie virtuelle Telefonanlagen und unser CRM-System zum Verwalten eingehender Anfragen.…
