Du bist direkt dabei, wo es spannend ist: Von Personalentwicklung über Employer Branding bis hin zum Sustainability-Report. Wir bieten dir maximale Abwechslung: Du gestaltest die unterschiedlichsten HR-Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung mit. Deine Aufgaben Personal- & Führungskräfteentwicklung: Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprogrammen und Lernformaten (z. B Online-Trainings für unsere AI-Schulung).
