The Role We are looking for an experienced Director, People Technology to lead the People Technology function at HelloFresh. This role is accountable for the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability and performance of our global People Technology landscape. You will own the end-to-end technology environment that enables the People function and supports critical operational execution across the business, with Workday as the core platform. This includes functional development, operations, integrations, programme delivery, AI enablement, and business-critical workforce technology such as Time Tracking, Absence and time clocking devices across our distribution centres.
