Deine Aufgaben Als Senior Venture Architect baust du die Strukturen und Systeme, mit denen nuuEnergy skaliert, und steuerst die Unternehmensentwicklung. Aktuell heißt das vor allem: Du bringst unsere Standortleiter zum Laufen. Das heißt du führst sie nicht nur, sondern baust die Systeme, mit denen sie eigenständig performen. Darüber hinaus bist du der unternehmerische Arm der Gründer: Du übernimmst, wo es noch keinen klaren Owner gibt, triffst Entscheidungen im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung und arbeitest cross-funktional mit allen anderen Leads. Kein Verwalter-Job, sondern ein Gestalter-Job. Deine Aufgaben Standortmodell zum Laufen bringen: ein wiederholbares Modell bauen, mit dem Hubs eigenständig, wirtschaftlich und menschlich stark laufen.…
