Wir sind WE BUILD AI aus Köln und bauen AI- und Data-Solutions für den Mittelstand und Konzerne in Deutschland. Bei uns entstehen Systeme, die in Produktion gehen und Geld verdienen oder sparen. Letztes Jahr sind wir gestartet und um 160 Prozent gewachsen. Dieses Jahr stehen wir bei 100 Prozent. Wir bauen ein Unternehmen, das in den nächsten Jahren weiter wächst. Warum diese Rolle anders ist Du gestaltest Lösungen, die in Produktion gehen. Bei uns führst du Solution Design Sprints, von der Research bis zum Prototyp, und formst aus Nutzerbedürfnissen ein Konzept, das die Entwicklung übernimmt. Dein Konzept entscheidet, ob ein technisch komplexes Produkt am Ende funktioniert. Und du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen, denen du auch mal die unbequeme Wahrheit sagst.…
