Wir befinden uns im Serienanlauf unseres Elektromotorrads und suchen kurzfristig einen Head of Production (m/w/d ) um die technische Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft zu entlasten. Bist du bereit, das Bike gemeinsam mit uns auf das nächste Level zu heben? Aufgaben Im Fokus steht die Begleitung des Serienanlaufs sowie die zielgerichtete Lösung technischer Themen, die dabei entstehen – zum Beispiel rund um den Antrieb, CFK-Bauteile, die Batterie oder andere Fahrzeugbereiche. Du übernimmst eigenständig laufende Themen, analysierst die Zusammenhänge und bringst sie strukturiert zu einer Lösung, ohne dass wir dich jedes Mal im Detail einarbeiten müssen.
