Aufgaben Als CRM / Loyalty / CRO Lead verantwortest du den gesamten Kund:innen-Lebenszyklus nach dem ersten Kontakt: von Onboarding und Aktivierung über Wiederkauf bis zu Reaktivierung. Du konzipierst und betreibst die Automations-Architektur in Klaviyo und entwickelst das Loyalty-/Member-Programm konsequent weiter.…
