About the role As People Operations Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of global people operations - the person who keeps core processes running smoothly, is the go-to for employee questions and ensures we stay compliant across every market we operate in. This is a broad, hands-on role in a global, fast-changing business. You'll be building and running processes designed to scale as we grow, not just maintaining what already exists, and you'll need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and having your attention split across a lot of moving parts at once.
