Als Director Paid Search (Mensch) übernimmst du die strategische und fachliche Führung unserer Paid- und Organic-Aktivitäten und entwickelst sowohl deine Teams als auch unsere Kundenportfolios kontinuierlich weiter. Du verbindest strategische Expertise, Leadership und kommerzielles Denken und stellst sicher, dass Hollistic Search nachhaltig zum Geschäftserfolg unserer Kunden beiträgt. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: Leadership & People Development: Du führst und entwickelst deine Search-Teams, unterstützt bei Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung und begleitest Recruiting-Prozesse. Durch Coaching, Feedback und gezielte Entwicklungsmaßnahmen förderst du die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.…
