The Role's Key Responsibilities Reports to: Head of Credit Restructuring & Portfolio Management Primary management of a portfolio of distressed, underperforming and strategic exit relationships across the Private Credit platform. Develop and execute restructuring, recovery and exit strategies that balance commercial outcomes with investor protection. Lead negotiations with borrowers, sponsors and advisers during restructuring situations. Monitor performance against agreed restructuring plans and adapt strategies where circumstances change. Partner with portfolio management teams on higher-risk portfolio relationships, providing restructuring expertise through advisory support and joint management where appropriate.…
