Your role You’ll be part of the IT Helpdesk team in Berlin to provide local and remote support to the company employees in Berlin’s offices, in Poland and remotely You’ll follow our processes and implement new ones as new workflows to save costs and improve efficiency, with according documentation You are ensuring that our infrastructure are working as expected and fix issues proactively where necessary You are ensuring the systems availability, security and compliance of our internal networks and collaborate with our sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems You’ll provide support via our ticketing system and by connecting to devices remotely, or by visiting users, or welcome them at our IT Kiosk, providing support of levels 1 to 3 You will process on/offboardings on both software and…
