The Agile Coach for the Investment Data Area drives the Area and its Squads in adopting and improving Agile practices, enhancing collaboration, efficiency and adherence to Agile principles. Through training (e.g., Agile ways of working, JIRA, etc), hands-on support and advice, Agile Coaches help Area management and Squads deliver high-quality products while adapting to changing business needs. The Investment Data Area is the home for AllianzGI’s investment management data products, e.g. Benchmark & Market Index Data, Issuer & Security Information, Investment Key Figures, and Performance & Attribution Data. As an Agile Coach you are embedded in AllianzGI’s Agile CoE and responsible for one Area.…
